Warmer Homes - Funding opportunity for homeowners or private tenants

If you’re a homeowner or private tenant on benefits or a low income you could get a grant of up to £25,000 to improve your home and save on your energy bills to help with the cost of living through The Mayor of London’s Warmer Homes programme. 

Grants will fund measures including:   

·            Heat pumps   

·            Insulation for walls, lofts and floors   

·            Heating system improvements/ repairs   

·            Draughtproofing   

·            Solar energy installations
