Due to locally reported incidents of Covid-19 we are self-isolating the Glasspool office initially for one week, from 16 to 20 March 2020.
During this period we will still be able to assess grant applications and place orders with our suppliers AO and Dreams. At present both suppliers are still able to deliver the items we have ordered, but we will update you should this change. We will not be able to issue cheques during the week but we will be able to issue them on Monday 23 March.
Although we will not be able to answer our phone line during the week, if you email us at grants@glasspool.org.uk a member of the Glasspool team will be able to call you and help with your enquiry.
We will issue a further notice in respect of our working arrangements on Friday 20 March 2020.
